This cozy, yet spacious two-story, family friendly beach cottage built in the 1920’s has sleeping spots for 11 people in the 5 bedrooms, including a first-floor master suite with master bath and the two beds in the second-story jalousied porch which now has an A/C vent.
The Rice Cottage is still owned and lovingly cared for by the original family owners!

All beds have pillows and bedspreads, but you are required to bring your own bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) and towels.
Pull out a book and enjoy the newly-renovated (2023) wrap-around enclosed porch with large jalousie windows and two ceiling fans. Set up a puzzle in the cozy breakfast nook.
Sign into your Netflix/Hulu account on our Smart TV (Wifi is available, but no cable TV) in the large front living room cooled by a 12,000 Btu portable room A/C and two ceiling fans.
There is the front porch with two Adirondack chairs for "people watching" or two back porches with a glider and chairs for relaxing outdoors in more privacy.
The fully-equipped compact kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a "dorm-sized" chest freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hand-held mixer, pots & pans, dishes, glasses & mugs, two sets of tableware, serving pieces, and kitchen & grilling utensils. There is a grilling brick pad and several different sizes of barbeque grills.
